Your Dermitàge Eye Renewal Collection free trial includes a 30 day supply for $5.95 in shipping and processing. You have 14 days to try the Dermitàge Eye Renewal Collection. If you like how our collection reduces the visible signs of eye aging, do nothing. Just know that at the end of your free trial period you will be billed at $89.95 per month. If you want to cancel follow the steps below. 

1. Obtain your RMA numbers and all of the information listed above in the "what you'll need section". 
2. Call Dermitàge at 800–391–9573 within your 14-day free-trial period to cancel. Include your name, personal information, and RMA numbers. Be prepared for some hard selling. Companies like Dermitàge hire sales professionals that are trained to keep you on the phone and to offer you more products. Be firm and clear and explain you want to cancel the subscription you signed up for. 
3. Jot down a confirmation code confirming your membership cancellation plus the name of the person you spoke to on the phone.
4. Return the product (even if it is empty). Dermitàge cannot process packages marked "Return to Sender". Returned packages require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure accurate processing.
