Steps to Cancel

1. Sign into your computer. Navigate to your email provider. 
2. Email their support team at Premium.Support@FixYa.com. 
3. In the subject line write, “Cancel FixYa Account”. In the body of the email state that you want to cancel your account. Include your full name and account information.
4. State your desire to cancel immediately, and a reason for canceling if you so choose.
5. Request a cancelation receipt for your records.
