Steps to Cancel

1. Retain all Melaleuca paperwork for your records, and be sure to read the fine print before you sign up for a Melaleuca membership. Jot down the name of the representative, time, and date in case you need to refer back to it later.
2. Call Melaleuca’s customer service line at 1-800-262-0600. Follow the prompts to speak directly with a representative.
3. Once you’ve connected with a representative, provide the representative with your member identification number and personal information so they can validate your identity. You may also want to state the date that you originally signed on to become a Melaleuca member. This date should be found on the Terms and Conditions of your Melaleuca membership. 
4. Explain that you want to cancel your account. State the exact reason you wish to cancel. The representative is trained to keep you from canceling your account, so remain firm with them.
5. Stay on the phone with them until you've confirmed that your account has been canceled.
6. Keep a record of this call, or at least note the name of the representative, time, and date in case you need to refer to it later. 
7. Review your bank statement or credit card statement associated with your account to ensure that payments have stopped.
8. If all else fails and you are still being charged for your membership, contact your bank and stop the payments to Melaleuca.
