Trapcall is an online company that offers “unmasking” for calls that show up as blocked or restricted on your Caller ID. The service also provides call recording and blacklisting. With Trapcall, you don’t have to download any software and you can manage your account completely online.

At the time of writing, there are three paid plans for Trapcall: a basic plan for $3.95 per month, a mid-level option that costs $7.95 a month and the final option (with the most features) costs $19.95 per month. For those who want to put a stop to soliciting phone calls, Trapcall offers a valuable service.

Trapcall lets you cancel your membership at anytime. However, you will not be subject to a refund for unused credits should you cancel within a billing period.

Steps to Cancel:

1. Log onto your TrapCall.com account on the account page, found here. 
2. Navigate to the cancellation area.
3. Pay off any extra usage fees if you used the service within the billing period.
4. Deactivate TrapCall from your handset after cancellation. The steps should be listed in the cancellation area on the website. 
5. Screen shot (Ctrl+4/Command+4) the cancellation page for your records. 
6. Keep track of all cancellation documentation as well as bills in case you need to refer to them at a later date.
