i also tried to cancel my membership but was talked into placing a hold on my account until i could go more frequently. i was charged for two months after that after repeatedly telling them about the problem. i am now going down to the gym personally to get the address of where to send my gym cancellation. i would not recommend this gym. after adding on classes i am paying $20 a month. i can get a membership during promotions at a more reputable place for about $30.

Hi Fitness 19:
I have never used the membership and feel uncomfortable with you having my credit card number. So I am cancelling membership as directed for a full refund.
And to be sure, I am cancelling the credit card, cause the smooth talking proved to me that there may be something shady to the billing, hence I will choose another club.

Same here they will not work with you at all. I called in and told a girl to take my credit info out so they wont bill me no more. I thought that was like canceling it. 7 months down the road they billed me a 253 dollars. So i came there in person and ask them if they would
Work with me. But nothing. Bad customer service i would think twice before signing up on thos gym. As cheap as they go they are money hungry

This is not a cancellation notice,at least for now. I have a problem with my local Fitness 19 which is probably a problem at other locations also. After watching the Safety & Etiquette video on the monitor, I was glad that some problems are being addressed. However, very few patrons will see the video, especially the ones that need to. What is not addressed in the video are the patrons that sit on or block a machine while texting or on the phone for five to 15 minutes at a time and not using the equipment. Most of the machines I use are one-of-a-kind so this is frustrating. I usually get a bad reaction if I ask to use the equipment. A video about this won't due. There needs to be signs about just sitting or blocking. Also, I've asked workers to patrol and warn patrons about keeping others from using the equipment but nothing happens. Thank you. My local Fitness 19 is in Milpitas, CA. Please don't mention my name.

My daughter amanda podbielniak signed up for the membership before it was opened in toledo ohio. In may when i realized there was a freeze in building i went to the temporary location to cancel it. It was cancelled and almost a year later they have taken out numerous payments on my unemployment card that I just started receiving again. They are not working with me at all to get my money back and to cancel the membership. She is currently at the location now wanting her membership canceled again and her money back. please call her at 419-340-3147
