1. Locate your Lady of America membership contract. If you have misplaced it, go to your home gym and request a copy from a membership representative or gym owner.
2. Read through your contract to learn more about the terms of your contract. If you have questions, speak to a membership representative or gym owner.
3. You may have to cancel your membership through National Fitness Financial Services, a third party company that deals with most of Lady of America’s billing and collection services.
4. Contact National Fitness Financial Services at (800-658-7727). Say that you are a member of Lady of America member and would like to cancel your membership effective immediately. 
5. Be prepared to pay a cancellation fee and any outstanding dues that remain on your account.
6. Ask for a copy of your cancellation form for your records.
7. Return to your home gym to ensure that your membership cancellation has been processed. 
8. Check your credit card or bank statement (which ever one was associated to your membership) 30 and 60 days after you officially cancelled to make sure there are no extra charges.
