The 30,000 square-foot facility has two membership options: one contract, one without a contract. For contracted memberships, Xtreme fitness charges a one-time enrollment fee of $39.00, $14.99 per month, and every six months a maintenance fee of $14.99.

• One month: $45
• Two months: $75
• Three months: $95
• Six months: $149
• One year: $279

Here are the steps to cancel Xtreme Fitness if you have opted for the contract route. 

What You’ll Need: 

• A photo ID
• Membership information
• Membership contract (if signed)
• Personal information (name, address, phone, email, etc.)
• Billing information (bank account or credit card)

Steps to Cancel: 

1. Gather information listed above.
2. If you signed a contract with Xtreme Fitness, ensure that you have that. Figure out when you initially signed the contract. 
3. Visit Xtreme Fitness in person and track down a manager or staff member. 
4. State your desire to cancel your membership. The staff member and/or manager should walk you through the process to cancel. 
5. Be prepared to pay for cancellation dues or the remainder of your contractual agreement. 
6. Review your bank account or credit card 30 days after cancelling to ensure you are not still being charged by Xtreme Fitness.
