  4. They will then prompt you to visit a If you’re returning Comcast equipment. You’ll need to drop the box of items off at one of Comcast's service centers. (Find a service center.) If you have already disconnected your Comcast account and still need to return your equipment, you may request pre-paid return boxes by visiting www.comcast.com/Corporate/ReturnEquipment.
  5. Jot down any numbers associated with your cancellation request. 
  6. Follow up one month after your cancellation to ensure that your account has been cancelled. Also, ensure that are not still being charged by Comcast by reviewing recent credit card or bank statements associated with your account.

false advertising. Comcast was easy to talk to and it took 3 min to cancel the subscription. Just call Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 Thank you.
