eHarmony is unlike most dating websites, in that their claim to fame is a personality test which is supposed to lead to better results in matching long-lasting couples.
It is important that you understand the terms before signing up for various subscriptions and websites. If you are trying to cancel a free trial, time is of the essence! At the time of this writing, eHarmony expects you to call to cancel during the three day window. We do not recommend trying to cancel online if you're in the three day window, as it is likely the online instructions will only stop the auto-renewal and a call really is required to prevent a bill on day three, or if you've already been charged: to get a refund. Call 844-544-3179 ASAP!
Here are the TERMS outlined in eHarmony's terms of agreement.
If you're old fashion and want to cancel by mail, send your request in writing to: eHarmony, Inc., Attn: Cancellations, P.O. Box 241810, Los Angeles, CA 90024 USA
If you wish to cancel online:
1. Log into your eHarmony account
2. Click the dropdown menu in the navigation bar
3. Click the "Account Settings" link
4. From the "Billing" Tile, click the "Cancel My Subscription" link
5. Provide the information requested
If you want to be absolutely sure that eHarmony will not further bill you, feel free to remove your credit card information from your account. It’s important to note that if you’re using a payment plan, the cancellation option may not be available to you until you are paid in full. Keep in mind that there are no refunds after three days.
If you’ve had an experience canceling your eHarmony subscription that you wish to share, feel free to do so in our comment section below. We look forward to hearing from you.
