Steps to Cancel:

  2. Sign onto your account. If you’ve already signed up for a digital account for Entertainment Weekly, sign on using your email address and password in the form. 
  3. Once you’ve logged into the Customer service area, look for the “manage your subscriptions” or “cancel your subscription” area. 
  4. Fill out the form fields listed on the cancellation page and submit. It may be helpful to keep a hard copy of your magazine by your side. 
  5. Make sure your cancellation can be processed and keep a receipt or screen shot for your records. Your cancellation will take a few days, so if you still receive bills, take note that it will take a few days to cancel.
  6. Review your bank or credit card statements associated with your card 30 and 60 days after you make your initial request to cancel.

We are moving out of state October 20. We have lost interest in the magazine with our last renewal. We miss the "old" take on entertainment; do not appreciate snide remarks about some of the celebities and absolutely am sick of polical remarks every where we look. Cancel this subscription.
