Steps to Cancel

1. Sign onto your Half.com account using your email/user ID and password. 
2. Click "My Account" in the top right corner of the page. This will bring you to your recent transactions. 
3. Navigate to the "Purchases" area and locate the Half.com purchase you want to cancel. If you cannot find the specific transaction, you may also search for it by transaction number or by searching by seller ID. 
4. Once you've located the purchase, find the "Contact Seller" link. It should be found on the right side of the page. Work with the seller to cancel your order. Again, all sales are final on Half.com so not all sellers will be willing to cancel your oder.
