Cancel Newsweek

Newsweek is a popular American magazine that is published every week. Newsweek is the second largest publication in the world with around 12 global editions. The publication covers everything from world news, to business, technology, and culture.

Newsweek has two subscription options: digital and print. Thought their print edition was unavailable due to executive order, it was reinstated in March 2014.

In recent months, Newsweek has been under scrutiny regarding “liberal leaning” news reporting, and some subscribers are jumping ship. Others simply find themselves wanting to cancel because of the cost. A digital and print combo subscription runs about $100 per year, with a renewal rate of $149.99 per year.

If you choose to cancel your Newsweek subscription, be prepared. Magazine representatives seek to retain business and are trained to handle cancellation requests by diversion tactics, sometimes that means a discounted rate. People who may not appreciate lowered rates may feel like they're dealing with salespeople and that is the last thing consumers want when trying to opt out of costly magazine subscriptions.

The cover page on Obama, and the contents that are so far off it isn't funny, has put you on my DO NOT READ list. You might as well save the postage and stop sending it. Please cancel my subscription.

The article by Niall Ferguson was offensive and contained untruths. As for a liberal bias?, there is only a pervasive conservative tilt to the media these days. Please cancel my subscription to Newsweek.
