Steps to Cancel

1. Log onto your computer and sign on to the Internet.

3. Submit the reason you are canceling your account: “Price or service?” or “Any other reason”? 
4. Follow the prompted messages to cancel your subscription.
5. You will then be navigated to login and manage your account online. Make sure you have your account number found on your mailing label handy. Otherwise, you may login using your name and mailing address or email address and zip code.
6. Once you are logged in, follow the prompted messages to cancel your account. 
7. Make sure all of your payments are reconciled. Read through the fine print to ensure this.
