  • Personal information

Steps to Cancel

  1. To cancel your subscription, log onto this page and follow the instructions on those pages. Use your account number and zip code, or name and address. 
  2. Once you are logged onto the magazine customer service area, follow the prompts that allow you to cancel your subscription. 
  3. As always, have any account information on hand, and be sure to keep copies of any emails or other correspondence you obtain in the process.
  4. Please note: Rolling Stone may continue charging you until the magazine has evidence that you have cancelled your subscription.
  5. Review your bank or credit card statement 30 and 60 days after you cancel to ensure that you have not incurred extra charges.

I started receiving Rolling Stone when I started a subscription to another magazine. I never ordered Rolling Stone. Now I received an email for an automatic renewal which will be charged to my credit card. I never authorized any charges to my credit card now or in the future. Do not charge my credit card for anything. And if any monies were taken from my account, I demand that it be returned.
