Steps to Cancel:

1. Call the Sirius Listener Care team at 866-635-5020 or 1-866-635-2349. (The hours of operation are between Monday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.)
2. Express to the Listener Care person that you would like to terminate your Sirius XM membership. They may try to convince you to keep the service, but just hang on the line until their sales pitch is over. On the phone you will have to give the representative your account number, name, and reason for cancellation.
3. If you are canceling prior to your contract expiration date, expect to pay outstanding balances accrued through the cancellation date and possibly even an early termination fee.
