Frank humphrey On April, 10th 2012 I am in England. I am fed up with AOL and I want to switch to BT. It seems inpossible to find any way to contact them. I have been through and through their web site any attempt to use their 'contact'sevices simply generates an error message 'Error 103A'. Is your cancellation service usable in tyhe UK?

Eileen ely On March, 21st 2012 AOL locked my account because of suspicious activity. I called customer support and AOL wants $100 to delete temp files and unlock the account. I deleted the temp files myself. Why won't AOL unlock my account?
