Steps to Cancel

1. Call 1-888-549-ESPN (3776) between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. EST.
2. Follow the prompts to get a customer service representative on the line. 
3. Once you have connected with a customer service representative over the phone, state your name, account number, address, and reason for calling. 
4. The customer service representative will ask you to validate your identity. 
5. From there, confirm your desire to cancel. Cite a reason and ask the representative if you are responsible for any cancellation fees.
6. Ask the representative for a receipt or notification confirming your cancellation and if you own additional charges for dropping your subscription.
7. Review any credit card bills or bank statements associated with the subscription to make sure you do not see any errant charges.

• If you cancelled your subscription, you should receive a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the current subscription. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you will be obligated to pay for any other charges prior to cancellation.
