The Jenny Craig program is a nutritional program aimed at helping individuals to lose weight and keep it off. 4. Mail a notarized cancellation request to 5770 Fleet Street,Carlsbad, CA 92008. Request an confirmation letter, email, or call to ensure that your cancellation has been processed. 
5. You should be refunded within 10 business days of Jenny Craig receiving the cancellation request. If not, call the "800" number provided above and state your dilemma. 
6. Check your bank statements associated with the Jenny Craig account 30 and 60 days after your cancellation has been processed to ensure no additional charges were accumulated.
