Steps to Cancel:

Sign in to your Xbox account with your username and password via the Microsoft Subscriptions Page.

You will be asked to verify that you are the Xbox account owner before you can make changes. In order to provide this verification, you will be sent a security code via text or email that you will need to enter on the website. After you have provided this verification, select “Next”.

Choose “Cancel automatic payment,” if you have multiple memberships be sure to select appropriate one.

You will be taken to a page with a list of Xbox Live Gold membership benefits to review.

Select “Continue”.

Select the option to turn the auto-renew feature OFF and click on “Continue”.

Xbox will then ask you to provide a reason for your cancelation. After you choose the best option, select “Return to Your Xbox Account”.
