Cancel Plimus

An online marketplace for digital products, Plimus – now BlueSnap – enables members to buy and sell digital products around the world. This global reach enables a wide variety of offers and allows developers to find and use exclusive web development tools and technology. In addition, buyers and sellers benefit from no hidden fees and secure payment methods, and affiliate markets can use BlueSnap to market their products as well as take advantage of exclusive offers.

In line with its image as a premium marketplace for digital products, BlueSnap is membership based. However, unlike many other e-commerce sites that rely on membership, BlueSnap is actually quite simple to cancel. Whether you signed up when the site was still called Plimus or after it made the switch, you need to cancel from the specific products you subscribed to on Plimus/BlueSnap, not from the site itself. This means that in order to “close” your account, you must have no active subscriptions.

On a final note, if you are a merchant selling products on BlueSnap, you will need to call them directly at 1 (866) 312-7733 in order to cancel your merchant account.

What You’ll Need:

  • Your email address
  • Your order reference number (different for each subscription)
  • Access to a computer

Steps to Cancel Plimus:

  1. Go to the BlueSnap Customer Support page.
  2. Input your order reference number in the top field.
  3. Input your email address in the second field.
  4. Under “Select the most applicable category,” select “Cancel Subscription”.
  5. Click “Next” and follow the steps to confirm the cancellation.
  6. Take a screenshot of the resulting cancellation screen, and file it in case the cancellation does not go through or you experience other trouble.
  7. Repeat these steps for every subscription you’ve ordered through Plimus/BlueSnap.

Nilka - Did you use CancelWizard? If so, were we able to help you cancel your account? We certainly don't try to take advantage of people. Instead, we try to make it easy to cancel difficult accounts and memberships.

This is terrible. I just bought some program with pc performer for $40. plus and have not been able to activate it. No phone number given so I can talk to someone in the company for help with it. And in order to cancel it I have to pay $34 to your company. This is just not fair to the customers. You need to find out an easier honest way to make your millions without taking advantage of people. This type of actions is what gives bad name to companies. This has been a very unpleasant experience.

Plimus is not a service you subscribe too...You use it when needed and pay per transaction they handle. It is a b2b service. If you are a vendor, you can use their service to collect payments etc. If you are a customer who paid via their service you can use the self serve assit link above to cancel subscriptions. Super easy and friendly. I am a vendor using the Plimus service and doing well so far. They handle the payment and subscription management to my forex membership site. Thanks, John b.
