KnuckleUp is a Georgia-based fitness facility founded for people who want to get in shape but want a non-traditional workout. By combining world-class martial arts classes like Kickboxing, Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, KnuckleUp offers a unique way for people to get fit.
Though KnuckleUp offers a killer workout, what is not so great is the cancellation process according to some members who decided to make remarks on complaints boards. In fact, customers on Complaints Board cited multiple problems canceling their account. One member said this:
“(I) Followed all the necessary steps to cancel and they still are trying to charge me. Three years later and they are still harassing me. What is the deal with these people!!! Now the billing department in Colorado, Palomar Associates, are saying they never received anything years ago and stating that and I better pay or else. I've already gone through hoops with these people years ago and they still keep resisting.”
If your cancellation doesn’t go through, you may need to follow up with your bank to request a ‘stop payment’ to KnuckleUp. This is a last resort, as it could possibly affect your credit, however if there is no other way you may consider this option.
Some people have had success canceling KnuckleUp fitness through ABC Financial. You can try this approach by following the instructions listed on our “Cancel ABC Financial” page if they are being used as a billing service provider.
